Before embarking on this journey, I’ve worked for Kent County Health Department for over 26 years in WIC (Women, Infant, and Children), Immunization and Travel Immunization Departments.
While working full-time and being at a community-based facility, I was mentored by a professional tax individual who also was a full-time nurse. The very beginning of my love for taxes.
I started small back then, with guidance from a friend doing both my own and the taxes of my family and friends.
After retiring the spring of 2019, I officially became an entrepreneur, owning my own business. It has been a great success from the beginning, and I am grateful for all local and distant support for all of you.
I am a State and Federally Licensed Tax Preparer and Notary. I am an active member of Better Business Bureau. Licensed and bonded with a surety in place for your protection.
I am also Certified to help with your immigration forms and applications which includes updating and replacing Permanent Residency Cards.
I provide year-round taxes as well as bookkeeping and financial services. I am also available if you just wanted to say a quick hello and/or ask a question or two.
My goal is to continue helping the community as not just a Tax Preparer, Immigration Resource Assistant or a Notary Public, but also as a Professional friend to my clients.
I truly enjoy helping others, I enjoy catching up with all of my clients’ lives, the new babies, growing children, marriages, and life ups and downs.
Yes, I’m older than I look… wink-wink and along my side at the office you will meet my mom - Mrs. Mary. (someone has to keep in check).
I have been married for 28 + years and have 2 children (son and daughter) and 3 grandchildren (2 grandsons and a very active granddaughter).
I’m blessed to have a family, a business, and clients I can also call family!!!
